As a part of the CPC Advancement Team, the Advancement Assistant plays an integral role in developing, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with our supporter base. They are the main point of contact for donor questions, supporter communication, manages development databases, records, and contact lists. They maintain records of all transactions and interactions in our Donor Management System and Merchant Services Accounts. They work closely with the Executive Director and other development team members to create and implement donor communication plans, design and produce newsletters, promotional materials for events, and other communications. They will assist in compiling monthly and annual reports and participate in developing Advancement goals and plans. The Advancement Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Bookkeeper.
