CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR    (Full-time preferred, Part-time possible)

As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, and a member of the Center Leadership Team, the Client Services Coordinator provides oversight and leadership to CPC’s non-medical client services and programs, including the training, support, supervision and evaluation of volunteer staff involved in pregnancy consultations and peer counseling.  In addition, they are responsible for developing client resources, curriculum, mentoring, and programs for CPC’s Life Lessons Program.

CLINICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR (Nurse Manager)     (Part-time)

As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, and a member of the Client Services Staff, the Clinical Services Coordinator (Nurse Manager) oversees the medical service operations of client care under the license and direction of the Medical Director(s).  They follow OSHA, CLIA, HIPPA standards and compliance.  The Client Services Coordinator oversees the Health and Safety Manual and training for all center staff, and the Material Safety Data Sheet manual for center operations.  They must be skilled at teaching and pro-life advocacy for clients.  They must hold current licensure in good standing with the appropriate State of Alaska Board (Nursing, Medical, etc.)

DADHOOD MEN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR     (Part-time)

As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Dadhood Coordinator leads the implementation and growth of quality programming for men in pregnancy situations and provides support directly to these men.  They provide leadership and support for CPC’s Dadhood Coaches through training, encouragement and motivation.  They work with the Executive Director to recommend and review enhancements to the program, curriculum and engagement opportunities.  They also work with the Assistant Director to create new ways to promote the program.

EVENTS COORDINATOR     (Part-time)

As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, and a member of the Advancement Team, the Events Coordinator plans, implements, and coordinates fundraising efforts and community activities that encourage, maintain, and increase philanthropic support to meet the short and long-term needs of the Community Pregnancy Center. These activities shall be consistent with the mission and goals of the organization and shall reach individuals, corporations, churches, and para-church organizations in the community.  They work closely with the Communication & Outreach Coordinator to develop promotional materials and messaging for CPC’s Events.

COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH COORDINATOR       (Part-time)

As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, and a member of the Development and Advancement Team, the Communication & Outreach Coordinator plans, implements, and coordinates communication and outreach strategies, including community activities, that encourage, maintain, and increase all means of support needed to meet the short and long-term needs of the Community Pregnancy Center with a focus on supporting individuals, churches, para-church organizations, and businesses.  This includes prayer, sharing of talents, and financial support.  They coordinate all “Friends of CPC” social media, websites, video stories, radio ads, and supporter communication including newsletters and appeals.   They work closely with the Event Coordinator to develop promotional materials for CPC’s Fundraising Events. They will also work closely with the Assistant Director in developing Client Services messaging and outreach.  All activities shall be consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
